Job Description: Finance Internship - BID Division FP&A

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join the Biosciences Division Finance Team and embark on an exciting journey into the world of finance. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a collaborative and high performing finance team that is focused on development and process improvement. You will work closely onsite with the team supporting support our day-to-day financial operations and key reporting mechanisms where you will gain valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work side by side with team to support financial operations including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner closely with divisional leadership to help drive process excellence in our key reporting mechanisms of monthly close & forecast process and MBR/QBR.
• Identify and solve for gaps in processes and look for ways to continuous improvement.
• Champion other ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as assigned or as self-identified areas for

improvement and development.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
