Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented International Expansion Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Realty Labs business by leading the program management for Channel Sales Planning for market expansion globally. Reporting to the Head of Channel Sales Planning, this role will program manage all related sales planning activities focused on expanding existing products across AR and VR categories into additional global channels across Retail, Telco, Direct to Consumer, and B2B/Commercial. The right candidate will possess strong program management, leadership, analytical, and drive for results rigor - as well as have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization. In addition, this person will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex product launches and market expansion initiatives, with focus on growing the business and measuring success through unit goals/sales revenue targets.

International Expansion Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic alignment across planning and execution of initiatives that support the expansion of existing AR/VR product into new markets across 3P Retail, Telco, Direct to Consumer, and B2B/Commercial.
  • Plan and execute market expansion planning rhythm of business key beats and key meetings that drive strategic alignment and execution excellence with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and manage team launch schedules and checklists as part of a unified market expansion timeline.
  • Partner across teams to ensure readiness for critical milestones & dependency requirements are met on time/on budget.
  • Be the primary point of contact for market expansion planning communications across all levels of the organization.
  • Seek out data and deliver business insights/key learnings to help influence the path forward.
  • Provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business.
  • Track and report market expansion status updates and continuously update timelines when changes occur, and proactively communicate to ensure cross team alignment.
  • Drive contingency planning, priority negotiation, creative problem solving, and escalations as needed. Identify risks to market expansion, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholders.
  • Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience).
  • Knowledge of the AR/VR/Consumer Electronics market, industry trends, market conditions, and/or competitive landscape.
  • 5+ years experience of driving successful, complex consumer product launch or market expansion initiatives to achieve business growth across Retail, Telco, Direct to Consumer, and/or B2B commercial.
  • Proven track record driving clear communications, work across cultures, and influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Experience leading business strategy, sales planning, and/or process optimization for large matrixes organizations.
  • Experience managing workload within fast-paced time frame.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale.
  • Proven capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources.
  • MBA/Master Degree.
