Description:
St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk (OR) to join our team!
The Inventory Control Clerk (OR) oversees all Operating Room Stock Inventory.

Schedule: Full-time [40 hours per week]
Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Must be flexible to be scheduled to work every other weekend and holiday.
The Inventory Control Clerk (OR):

  • Is responsible for maintenance of Operating Room Supplies, establishes and maintains appropriate PAR levels, develops stock location and replenishment strategies to decrease overall supply cost and physical inventory. Works within the SIS OR System to forecast future supply needs.
  • Follows Protocols and Practices to facilitate supply inventory and procurement
  • Restocks point of use inventory from Main OR Location
  • Works closely with receiving to facilitate the delivery of OR orders
  • Manages the medical center vendor credentialing service within the department of surgery. Direct interaction with all outside vendors.
  • Has access to and assists in management of certain high risk supplies, including needles and syringes.

Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or equivalency [Required]
  • Inventory control or procurement experience [Preferred]
