RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is looking for an Inventory Coordinator on a long-term contract basis.Duties Include:

• Monitor Flow of Inventory into and out of multiple distribution centers
• Verify that Inventory transactions are in synch between the Inventory Tracking system and physical reality while adhering to accounting and audit procedures
• Facilitate and Monitor the execution of inventory control auditing tools like Cycle Counting
• Identify Gaps in processes to resolve discrepancies
• Creates and maintains accurate written procedures for the primary inventory control functions and processes
• Communicate with additional departments and leadership regarding daily demands and expectations as needed
• Makes sure that any late materials are followed up until they are received

Primary point of communication for any inventory system issues:

• Material Allocation
• Orders are fully completed and that all stocks are allocated to corresponding jobs
• Missing Product
• Material Transfers Accuracy Errors

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Inventory experience
• Excellent communication skills
