We are actively hiring for an IT Analyst Intern! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.

This year, we are looking for motivated individuals looking to begin a career in our 8 week paid Summer internship program within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) with potential for full-time employment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Focuses on communications and marketing for the CTO
• Manages the new CTO Portal, surfacing key items of interest for teams across the organization
• Creates/tracks work items/tasks/ deliverables in Jira, contacting team members as needed
• Coordinates various internal meetings for the CTO team as well as with external partners as needed, publishes meeting summaries, and tracks action items
• With close mentorship from team members, creates technical documentation
• Creates process flow diagrams in iGrafix from steps provided (iGrafx training will be provided)
• Tracks the CTO metrics and reports on them
• Keeps the various internal and organizational status reports up-to-date
• Coordinates change management activities for the team
• Candidate should be authorized to work in the US and should not need VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

• 4th year Undergraduate or 2nd year Masters candidate with Information Systems or Technical Business concentration
• Foundational computer and programming skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with a constantly changing and uncertain environment that is inherent within a department passionate about innovation

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has an hourly rate range of $18.00 - $25.00. This is a contingent worker role and is not benefits eligible through CSAA IG.
