Opportunities & Responsibilities:
Learning: Project Experience, Data Quality, Working in a matrix organization
Partner with the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Commercial Data Quality Point of Contact to document & build action plans to address the various data challenges & gaps across our commercial capabilities with the goal of improving our data quality.
- Identifying all internal and external data feeds: confirm a business owner, ZTD owner and SPOC if an issue arises
- Developing Data Definitions, to ensure everyone is speaking the same language for data sets
- Identifying areas of opportunity to automate data feeds
Learning: Measurement & Monitoring, Organizational Engagement & Communication Partner with the ZTD US Commercial Transformation Lead & the International Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead to:
- Measurement and monitoring of performance for communicate to our business stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring the right metrics are in place, respond to feedback from the business leadership and explore opportunities to automate and make more user friendly
- Build a community engagement model for commercial ZTD. Taking our strategy, our roadmap and its progress and coming up with a multi-layer engagement model to:
- Gain insights into our successes and failures
- Share learnings across markets
- Recognize great adoption stories and "what good looks like"
Learning: Technology Strategy: Capability Assessments & Roadmaps, Global Experience Partner with our ZTD Commercial Capability Lead to refine our commercial capability assessment:
- Support initiatives to define current state capabilities globally, including adoption & operational stability
Education and Experience:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1+ years of prior intern experience
Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:
- Industry/Business Knowledge - A desire understand issues and trends facing the Animal Health industry
- Tech-Interested/Driven
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be highly motivated and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution
