Requirements
- Great attitude, work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm
- Work Location: Leawood, KS or Denver, CO
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
- Top quartile of class or standardized test scores
Web and/or mobile application development experience required
- System Integrator and/or Software Company experience is preferred
- Experience coordinating with and/or managing offshore software development teams preferred
- SQL and Data analysis experience preferred
- Experience with Agile development methodologies required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Role
- Guide clients in definition of software solutions, translate into technical specifications in a Web and/or Mobile development environment
- Produce deliverables required to drive an Agile software development process, such as epics, user stories, retrospectives, status reports, test plans, test results, etc.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with client executive sponsors
- Develop subject matter expertise in functional domain of client projects
- Define and perform test for software quality assurance
- Coordinate software development and testing with offshore team
- Help maintain excellent client relationships
- Work independently and in teams in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguously defined project environment
Sr. Consultant -- Same Roles as Consultant plus:
- Work on larger projects with less supervision
- Work independently with minimal direction from senior team members
- Manage small projects and maintenance agreements
- Mentor junior consultants
