Skills/Experience

• IT/Cyber workforce strategy development
• Familiarity with DoD cyber workforce framework (DCWF) and federal (Client/CISA) equivalent

Tasks/Functions

• Provide substantive recommendations on clients' approach to 2210 work roles/proficiency levels. Will require the facilitation of working groups, capture actions, and compile documentation to define lifecycle.
• Document and coordinate with OHR/WAT on requirements for tracking work role/proficiency/certification details in SAP/DCPDS/MyEmployee Bio
• Provide substantive input to NRO-centric 2210 career path development, drawing on existing DCWF and CISA resources-map Map career (i.e. career wheel, career development plan, IDPs).
• Draft workforce communication artifacts (i.e. fact sheets, job aids, briefings)
• Map career (i.e. career wheel, career development plan, IDPs).
