Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Digital Solutions Analyst to be a team member involved in the design and implementation of technology solutions. This role is responsible for translating the business and functional requirements for each solution (the what) into the technical deliverables with the digital team and potentially third-party vendors (the how). The position would be ideally located on a hybrid schedule at our corporate office in Atlanta, but we are open to considering remote candidates.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Convert business requirements as specified in capabilities, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and constraints into systems components (Jira)
- Develop non-functional requirements for feature request and work with the development teams to ensure these requirements are fulfilled in user stories, acceptance criteria and validated with test cases
- Document existing digital properties and processes, web platforms, domains, and hosting environments
- Create consistent documentation standards for future state of digital environments
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify, document, and consolidate newly acquired digital properties (domain names, hosting platforms, content management systems, SSL certificates, etc.)
- Communicate with stakeholders and developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Identify and manage project risk while following appropriate change control processes
- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, IT and operations, to ensure various environments support internal needs relating to functionality and performance
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Minimum work experience: 3+ years working with and documenting various aspects of web technology
- Experience with various content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
- Experience managing digital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with version control software (git, bitbucket repos)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
- Experience working with and managing 3rd party implementation vendors, agencies, partners
- Experience with architecture, environment, and configuration documentation
- Experience with web form management and creation (Wufoo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SurveyMonkey)
- Experience with Salesforce lead integration (via web-to-lead forms or direct API integration)
- Experience with data organization/sanitization prior to use in production environments
- Understanding of data backup and data recovery
- Understanding of content delivery networks (CDN)
- Understanding of domain management, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, website hosting
- Understanding of domain/website security (security header configuration, TLS, DKIM, DMARC, SSL configuration)
- Understanding of digital asset management systems (DAM)
- Self-motivated and creative
Preferred - Experience with various code languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Experience with database environments (mySQL, PostGres, etc.)
- Experience with APIs and API data syntax (JSON, XML)
- Experience with API integration software such as Zapier
