If so, Blossman Gas, Inc seeks to hire a Help Desk Specialist at our Home Office in downtown Ocean Springs, MS. We seek to hire team-oriented people who genuinely enjoy customer service-related work.

This specialized IT position will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and troubleshoot PC-related issues while supporting our more than 70 retail and support locations throughout the company's footprint. This includes gathering and recording relevant information in a timely manner; assist users with technology questions; relay or escalate higher level issues.

This includes providing end user support for Windows PCs, Android tablets, cellular devices, network printers and peripherals, and network connectivity issues

Key skills:- Excellent written and communication skills; ability to learn new software and then maneuver effectively within it to help internal customers solve issues; strong desire to provide helpful service to our field and support locations; helpful, friendly personality
