Helen of Troy's internship is a 10-week program (June 2022-August 2022), which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We empower our interns with opportunities to work on business challenges aligned to your educational goals! You will have the opportunity to network with executives, give back through planned community events and participate in fun social events with your intern peers. Your peers and managers will support and improve your leadership skills and experience.

What you will be doing:

• Monitor network performance, as well as troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Monitor firewalls and address any network vulnerabilities
• Work with the Network and Security teams to fulfill various customer requests

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• Technical skills with switches, routers, access points and firewalls
• Good technical troubleshooting skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full-Time undergraduate or graduate student (Must be at least a rising Sophomore or Junior of a four-year degree program)
• Major / field of study related to applicable internship (Information Systems, Information Security or similar program)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Works well in a collaborative environment and able to work with different groups amidst varied objectives
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Network or security certifications are preferred, but not required
