Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related studies
* 2-4 years of Project Management (Agile & Waterfall Methodology)
* 1st level cert: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PSM
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2nd level cert: A-CSM, PSM-II/III, CSP, CTC
Skills required:
* Team-oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others, encouraging team cohesiveness and morale
* Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
* Understands and drives projects through the project life cycle, tracking progress, escalating issues, coordinating resources with management
* Thoroughly understand, follow, and promote the use of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and established internal IT processes and procedures
* Anticipates, identifies, and escalates risks/impediments affecting self, team, department, or company
* Tracks and monitors team performance daily and helps the team achieve their commitments; when problems are identified, work with team to develop corrective actions
* Maintains and publishes all project artifacts including but not limited to release log, issues log, resource schedule, testing schedule, agendas, and meeting minutes
* Schedules, facilitates, and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
* Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Look for and suggest improvements in efficiencies to reduce costs and be responsible and accountable as an employee owner
* Maintains and enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
* 4-6+ years of Project Management (Agile & Waterfall Methodology) experience
* 2nd Level Cert: A-CSM, PSM-II/III, CSP, CTC (or have 1st level cert: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PSM & be willing to obtain within 1 year)
Skills Required:
* Team-oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others, encouraging team cohesiveness and morale
* Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
* Plans and manages multiple complex technical projects and product enhancement schedules
* Drives project related change management, as needed, for project stakeholders
* Demonstrates proficiency within the domain by answering technical product or project questions
* Thoroughly understand, follow, and promote the use of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and established internal IT processes and procedures
* Understands the systems worked with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements)
* Anticipates, identifies, and escalates risks/impediments affecting self, team, department, or company
* Questions proposed solutions until root cause is identified and understood. Develops creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors
* Drives projects through the project life cycle, tracking progress, escalating issues, coordinating resources with management
* Schedules, facilitates, and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
* Maintains and publishes all project artifacts including but not limited to release log, issues log, resource schedule, testing schedule, agendas, and meeting minutes
* Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
* Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Breaks down the information in a systematic and communicable manner
* Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
* Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
* Maintains and enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
