IT Project Manager
Person must have Agile methodology experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to facilitate across several areas to achieve successful outcomes.
Description of job duties
* Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
* Extensive knowledge of plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule development, cost estimating, budgeting, and control, quality planning assurance, organizational planning, communications planning, risk identification and risk response control
* Extensive knowledge of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management
* Extensive knowledge of utilizing business applications for competitive advantage
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of business needs
* Extensive knowledge of analysis, design, and implementation experience with technologies
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Technical proficiency in hardware and systems software
* Extensive customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
* Extensive ability to develop and deliver programs and projects using leading-edge technology
* Extensive ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
* Extensive teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
* Ability to multi-task
Experience required
Experience in project management, Agile/Scrum delivery and ceremonies, at least 5 to 7 years in PM role and technology.
