Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Risk and Control SOX Analyst.

Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 12 Months plus

Location: Hybrid - NYC

No Corp to Corp. W2 contractors only please.

As an IT Risk & Control - SOX Analyst, you will:

Collaborating with various technology teams to clearly articulate IT control evidence requirements and ensuring the evidence provided is clear and appropriate to meet the needs of the external auditor.
Maintenance and ongoing updates of a Risk and Control matrix (RCM).
Assess potential risks and control gaps based on an understanding of the control environment and to limit the identification of control deficiencies.
Supporting the testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of IT controls.
Collaborating with IT and business teams to remediate control deficiencies.
Preparing reports and presenting findings to management.

Skills:
3 -5 years of experience required
Deep understanding of IT risk and controls
Strong analytical skillset
Effective communicator

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $55- $60 per hour on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
