We are looking for a Job Captain to join our award winning firm. We specialize in multi-family housing, Education, mixed-use and hospitality. Through our collaborative approach and industry leading technological expertise we have been exceeding clients expectations for decades. A Job Captain must be passionate about design and take leadership. You must be able to take your high level technical skills to turn ideas into reality.
What You Will Be Doing - Work under Project Manager with multifamily, education, civic projects
- Coordinate models with consultants to support the design coordination
- Create drawings and model content
- Construction Administration shop drawing reviews, supplemental sketches/clarification drawings
- Record notes when participating in meeting
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- California licensed architect or on track to become licensed
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily projects, education, civic, commercial
- Proficient in Revit
- Knowledge of building construction types, I, III, and V
- Organizational skills
