Job Summary

This is an entry level position for someone interested in becoming a Loan Advisor with Flagstar Bank. You will be partnered with a Sr. Loan Advisor and learn the mortgage business. Prior mortgage experience is required for this job and a desire to become a Loan Advisor.

• Knowledge of Encompass preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior Internal/External customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Effective and responsive telephone etiquette

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
