We're looking for a junior salesforce administrator that is motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious. The ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and communicate effectively are vital for success. In addition, the ideal candidate for this role will be someone interested in taking on additional responsibility over time and cultivating their Salesforce skills to become a self-reliant Salesforce Administrator. Someone with an affinity for CRM (client-relationship management) software administration, data/analytics, automation, and similar areas would be a great fit.

What you will do

    • Provide frontline support of the platform, resolving issues & handling requests as they surface
    • Complete general administrative tasks (e.g. customizing apps, objects, layouts, fields, etc.)
    • Manage new employee onboarding & training, along with general user administration
    • Prepare reports and dashboards for upper management & C-level leadership
    • Run mass uploads of leads, contacts, accounts, and other data
    • Develop & enhance the repository of training documentation & SOPs
    • Seek out opportunities to improve & enhance data quality
    • Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in the platform

Our Ideal Candidate
    • BS/BA (4-year degree) preferably in Business or Business-related subject OR equivalent experience
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Salesforce.com or comparable CRM experience
    • Previous experience with data (aggregating, managing, and manipulating) preferred
    • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, service, support, etc.) preferred
