Alteryx is searching for a Junior Salesforce Developer, Remote or in our Irvine, CA office.

Position Overview

As a Salesforce Developer on the Enterprise Applications team, you will be working in a development role that supports all areas of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to business requirements
  
• Perform business analysis, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
  
• Prepare changes using source control system from development environment(s) using Flosum and/or change sets
  
• Perform code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve proper test coverage
  
• Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  
• Work with integrated applications such as Salesforce CPQ, Knowledge, and Financial Force
  
• Follow coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code.
  
• Supporting the Salesforce Administration team on occasion with analysis and design work
  

Requirements

• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 6 months of Salesforce Development experience
  
• Experience implementing Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce
  

Bonus

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  
• Experience developing on Salesforce's digital experience platform (e.g. Customer Service, Partner Relationship Management)
  
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder
  
• Experience with Salesforce asynchronous design concepts, integrations, or data management systems
  

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Irvine, CA is $ 74,900-123,600 This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
