POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter and tenacious intern to join our Key Accounts Sales team in growing and expanding the #1 tea in the market - Lipton Tea. This internship opportunity offers real-time learning and experiences in conducting market research as well as finding strategies on how to gain market share in New York.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Develop a creative overall strategy for Lipton which includes in-store ideas to meet long term goals which involves total sales, distribution, profit, etc.
  • Interact with clients and customers and effectively sell and execute of Lipton Sales Programs
  • Leverage consumer insights to understand gaps and problems and create an "out of the box" solution or strategy.
  • Lead meetings with senior leadership, peers and other employees to present current sales practices, findings, and to roll out new processes to improve sales efficiencies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Management, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Has people/project leadership throughout the academic career
  • Proficient in MS Office and can generate reports via Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a result oriented and challenging environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Potential earning is from $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
