The Content Operations team in Global Business Marketing is hiring a Knowledge Management MBA Intern to focus on evaluating and improving knowledge management practices across the business marketing team. This role is centrally focused on defining knowledge management practices that will empower cross functional marketing teams to do their best work. You're an ideal candidate if you have experience designing, implementing and using operating frameworks to enable success among multiple teams. Your path should include experience designing information-sharing practices for teams and leading coordination among content or knowledge creators and users to drive alignment and adoption of new practices.

<ul><li>Define cross-functional knowledge management user requirements</li><li>Define knowledge sharing processes that apply to cross functional teams in a global organization</li><li>Define knowledge management tooling needs based on user requirement and process opportunities</li><li>Communicate progress regularly to working teams and leadership audiences</li><li>Measure success through qualitative and quantitative metrics</li><li>Predict roadblocks and obstacles, establishing integration points between teams</li><li>Prioritize competing needs with logic, data and creative solutions</li></ul>

<ul><li>Currently in the process of obtaining an MBA degree</li><li>Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment</li><li>Experience in knowledge or content management practices</li><li>Experience working with knowledge, content or asset management systems</li><li>Experience with collaboration and influencing across functional boundaries</li><li>Experience effectively communicating to a variety of audiences</li><li>Experience in analytical, problem-solving, and organizational processes</li><li>Experience defining and reporting operational metrics around process adoption</li></ul>
