As a Lead Analyst, Sales Quota Planning, you will be responsible for working with sales operations, sales compensation, and sales leadership to develop and support sales quotas for the Enterprise and CS organizations within the Quota Intelligent Planning System (QIPS), powered by Anaplan. In this role the Lead Analyst, Sales Quota Planning will ensure the quotas are calculated accurately, in a timely manner and maintained for the sales organization over the course of the plan year.
During the quota planning stage for the coming compensation plan year, the Lead Analyst, Sales will work with sales operations and leadership to ensure the sales hierarchy is aligned for quota setting. The Lead Analyst will also be responsible to work with sales leadership to set SOV and/or TBR quotas in alignment with FP&A budget expectations.
Once the planning stage is complete the Lead Analyst will be responsible for maintaining contact with the sales leaders, sales operations, and sales compensation teams. The Lead Analyst, will support, review, and ensure quotas are set accurately each month for all positions, including new hires. The Lead Analyst will also review and close any quota disputes related to the leaders’ organizations they support based on the quota guidelines.
In this role the Lead Analyst must be someone with a strong attention to detail and have the leadership skills to independently work and take charge of their daily activities, support ad-hoc analysis requests from leaders and deliver results that will make the organization more successful. The ideal candidate can work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they meet expected deadlines.
Experience in data analysis and the ability to understand and support the company’s quota guidelines is required. An understanding, or quick aptitude to learn Lumen billing systems is also needed.
