Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs a full range of custodial services, and serves as Lead Custodial Service Worker at Goodwill facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning.
2. Serves as primary point of communication between supervisor and custodians at the facility.
3. Responds to general and emergency housekeeping calls and requests.
4. Coordinates custodians in assigned work areas when doing Team Cleaning.
5. Floats between all work areas as needed to maintain work coverage.
6. Coordinates with Project Manager for supplies and duty lists.
7. Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout.
8. Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly conditions.
9. Interacts cooperatively with Company staff and customers.
10. Immediately advises supervisor when Company staff members direct changes in contract requirements.
11. Performs other custodial related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience

• 1 year of related experience.

• Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
• Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
