Lead Generator (Sourcer/Researcher)
About the Position
Sourcer/Researcher Generates leads in relation to potential qualified candidates by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing multiple resources including internet postings, searches networking and referrals. 6 months - 18 months minimum experience
Skills
Multi-tasking, Attention to Detail, Work in Fast Paced Environment, Flexible, Accurate Typing, Work in various screens/applications fluidly, Trustworthy due to working with PI data

KEY OBJECTIVES
To receive, research, record, resolve, and respond to ACH Non-Receipt / Recall related inquiries.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Handle more than one task at a time (Solid multi - tasking capability).
• Follows instructions and procedures.
• Works effectively with minimum supervision.
• Researching contact information using available resources
• Handling large volumes of requests as received via mail/fax /Email
• Confirm receipt of incoming ACH payments
• Enter claims into case management tracking system
• Update system with notes-status of case throughout the life of case
• Validate/compare instruction against various systems to confirm posting of funds
• I/A - Research any discrepancies to resolution
• Respond to the requester
• Partner with team mates to accomplish goals
