Job Description Summary:
The Product Manager, Customer Experience Enablement (CX) will be responsible for developing frameworks for assessing customer pain points, triaging, and prioritizing them caused due to gaps in E2E thinking. This role will specifically apply E2E customer experience for PayPal user agreements product by collaborating with various stakeholders across the enterprise.
