Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Lead Recovery Coach in the Moms Do Care program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Moms Do Care program with the following:

  • Overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the Recovery Coach team.
  • Guiding the programming and the team in best practices to help ensure positive and enduring health and wellness outcomes for the young mothers and their families.
  • Providing weekly individual and group supervision to include ongoing training and coaching.
  • Assisting with overall program development and marketing.
  • Overseeing and assigning referrals.
  • Monitoring continuous quality improvement in administrative areas such as coaching practice, recoveree engagement and retention, teamwork, timely documentation, and achievement of billing targets.

Who are we?

The Moms Do Care grant-funded program supports pregnant, postpartum and parenting women who are in recovery from opioid use. The program offers substance use treatment & recovery services, case management, counseling, and educational services and parenting groups to help mothers retain custody of their children.

What are we looking for in a Lead Recovery Coach?
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Lived experience with addiction and recovery, and a willingness to share their experiences (preferred).
  • Infant and toddler parenting/care-giving experience (required).
  • Pre-natal, perinatal and post-natal care experience (required).
  • At least 2 years of supervised coaching or related experience (required).
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience (strongly preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of community resources and services (required).
  • Recovery Coach Supervision training required within the first 6 months of hire (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred).
