This role is responsible for the design, development, marketing, and delivery of development and learning interventions across the organization. The Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the learning management system (LMS) including, but not limited to, content and classroom management, as well as course tracking & reporting.

The Learning and Development Business Partner is a consultative resource to HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders providing expertise in strategic operations, planning and execution of learning and development efforts for the enterprise with care for measures aligning towards inclusive diversity.

• Conduct annual training and development needs assessments in order to propose, develop and maintain learning and development programs aligned to key objectives for management, employees and select populations when needed to assure compliance initiatives and accreditation/regulatory organization standards are achieved.
• Advocate to embed development models such as ADDIE, Agile, or Learning Cluster into all applicable process and procedures for the enterprise.
• Provide technical assistance for all aspects of the learning experience: instructor led, blended, technical, etc.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in instructional systems design; utilize technology tools to increase the company's capacity to design and deliver high quality virtual professional development.
• Provide knowledge in instructional systems design and adult learning theory in consultation with the business
• Provide support for Culture & People Development Team members when appropriate and as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
