Our client, a well-established law firm in the north Buckhead area, is seeking a Billing Specialist with at least two years of law firm billing experience for a permanent, direct-hire position.

Billing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Reviewing pre-bills and working with attorneys and legal assistants on edits, ensuring that final bills are accurate
• Preparing client bills
• Submitting, processing and tracking e-bills, occasionally paper; resolving billing issues
• Setting up specialized client billing requirements
• Assisting with special projects

To be considered, Billing Specialist candidates must have a minimum of two years of billing experience in a law firm. Solid technical skills including MS Word, Excel and a legal billing platform required.
