Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office operations in a law firm which may include print and copy services, mail processing, reception, hospitality and other services
  • Supply, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Complete print and copy projects accurately and on-time
  • Perform deliveries and pickups; may require travel between site locations
  • Ensure the office is well-kept, neat, and presentable for customers
  • Communicate professionally with customer contacts
  • Work with legal technologies, records, processes, tracking, and documents, which may be time sensitive and confidential
  • Model the Ricoh Way behaviors to represent our brand positively and professionally.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of customer service experience require
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a legal environment preferred
  • Experience with legal processes and documents strongly preferred
  • Previous mailroom experience preferred
  • Experience with legal technology such as document management systems, cost recovery, and charge back systems (examples: Copitrak/Equitrac, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Self-motivated, adaptable with strong problem-solving skills preferred
