The Executive Director, LNHA, leads the skilled nursing facility's interdisciplinary team. Using innovation and long term care management expertise, the Executive Director leads the team in achieving the goals and strategic objectives of the community and of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS).

The Executive Director's, responsibilities can be divided into six broad categories: planning; organization; operations/management; financial resources; human resources; and leadership.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota
  • Must be aware of conditions, events and issues that affect both senior living and the the community in which the facility operates.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience leading a leadership team
