Description: Our client is currently seeking a Life Cycle Project Manager

This position is specifically responsible for all contract lifecycle management and migration project management work, as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts COMA ITT72 telecom contract - must have good customer speaking/relationship skills and strong lifecycle project management experience. Previous lifecycle management, service management, contract migration, order management, or project management experience is a plus but not required.
As required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ITT72 telecom contract, will assign a full time dedicated Life Cycle Project Manager (LCPM) for the initial 12 months of the contract term.
The LCPM is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of orders received via the standard request fulfillment process. LCPM responsibilities are as follows:
• Implementation of orders received via the standard request fulfillment process.
• Active member of Account Team, supporting pre-sales phase (Sales/Sales Support) ensuring all implementation constraints are taken into consideration by reviewing the SOF and specifically the Lead Time to Delivery estimation
• Establish and communicate customer expectations accurately and manage the project milestones to meet those expectations
• Report on the status of on-going orders/projects, updating PM tool on a weekly basis
• Escalate any critical issues to the appropriate level at the proper time
• Lead departments to take corrective action on any project-related issues
• Identify and involve internal/external stakeholders, who can contribute to a solve implementation issues
• Act as a single point of contact for the Customer for the duration of the order
• Ensure that the order is properly documented (aligning inventory and technical documentation provided by engineers,) communicated and agreed with the Customer
• Ensure that billing is triggered properly (correct start billing date) and database system is updated with the date representing the closure of the order
MUST HAVE SKILLS: Must have good customer speaking/relationship skills and strong lifecycle project management experience. Previous lifecycle management, service management, contract migration, order management, or project management experience is a plus but not required.
REQUIRED SHIFT: 40 hours per week normal business hours 8-5
