A boutique business transactions and litigation law firm, located in Coral Gables seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This busy law firm is growing quickly and they are looking for a litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience that works hard to help the team provide the most effective representation to our clients. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both junior and senior litigation attorneys as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients.

If you have excellent organization and writing skills, want to get more hands-on experience, can communicate effectively across all levels, and are looking for a great work culture, we would love to connect!

Responsibilities:

• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence for attorneys
• Prepare legal reports and discovery documents
• Manage court deadlines
• Filing with the Florida E- Portal and Pacer Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent 3 years experience
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
• Experience with Clio Management a plus
