Job Description
Contractor Role:
Loan Data experience on retail and commercial loans. Data Entry and/or Quality control of loan document information into servicing platform.
Must Have's:
Loan/Commercial Experience Ideal experience.
Knowledge of loan terminology, loan rates, document packages and review
Nice to Have:
FIS servicing loan platform
Insurance, escrow and tax experience related to real estate secured loans.
Understanding of regulations related to flood insurance.
Quality control and audit experience with loans
Initial of 6-month contract with possibility of extension or even temp to hire for the right candidate and performance.
Knowledge of FIS loan service platform is a plus.
Excel skills a plus
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task between systems and assignments.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and operational assistance to loan processing team, insurance/escrow/tax team and quality control. This contractor will support loan processing, quality control or IET team. Contingent on experience of contractor and where best suited to adjust partners to help support backlog and other ongoing initiatives.
