The Area Manager of Loss Prevention plans, directs, and manages, Loss Prevention operations, focused on protecting the Company assets. You will addminister policies and procedures as issued by the Security Manager. The Area Manager is responsible for internal case work including follow-up investigations. Plain clothes work, including surveillance, shoplifting, and other forms of loss will be required. You will oversees video surveillance program. The Area Manager will develop and operate an internal LP audit program.
Experience:
6+ years of related experience
3+ yeas of supervisory/leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor, especially in sensitive situations. Must have experience in Loss Prevention in increasing levels of leadership. Proven record of success in an ever-increasing Loss Prevention role and environment
Prior record of success in a high-volume Loss Prevention location.
Education:
Associate's Degree/ Vocational or Trade School degree
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Preferred
License, Certificaiton, Other:
Valid Driver's License
