Beacon Hill Legal is seeking qualified attorney candidates for a fully remote, part-time M&A Counsel position with a healthcare technology company. The candidate will provide support on M&A and joint venture transactions, including collaborating with the company's corporate development team on deal structure and LOI terms, planning and due diligence. Additional responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating deal agreements, and actively manage deal process and execution.

Qualified candidates will have 12+ years of prior experience, and must be licensed in good standing with at least one state bar. Ideal candidates will also come with strong strategic negotiation skills and experience with overseeing complex business transactions.
