Maintenance Technician III

I am currently recruiting for a maintenance technician role that is based out of Reston, VA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential maintenance technician who is dependable and willing to put forth hard work to assist in the growth of the Maintenance team in Reston.

Your new role

As a maintenance technician for this property, you will be working for a multi-family community responding to work orders and assisting the maintenance manager in the basic plumbing, appliance repairing, electrical, and apartment turnover work.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ Years of residential maintenance experience
• Electrical, boiler, chiller, and plumbing knowledge needed
• Required HVAC experience (certification preferred)
• Required valid driver's license and personal transportation
• MUST be able to work on call every other week for a full week
• Able to stand for 8 hours and able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be dependable and have strong communication and organizational skills

What you'll get in return

The Maintenance Technician III position is offering an hourly base pay of $20-26.50 based on experience, along with the opportunity to work with a growing company and gain new experience and skills.
