The Manager, Channel Marketing, LAC (Central America & Caribbean) manages and executes push and pull strategies, and implements best in class initiatives in regards to different promo activities, Channels, Product Category, and End-Customers in Central-America and the Caribbean.

This position acts as a liaison between sales, customers and marketing regional operations, leveraging Brother's marketing resources to support the expansion and growth of dealers and retail Channels. This role drives and measures initiatives using tracking tools, manages the existing marketing budget, leads and develops training, webinars and seminars and develops, participates and supports events.

This role will cover the territory of Colombia, Ecuador, and US Exporters and focuses on the sewing/embroidery/crafting market.

Note: Candidates must reside in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, FL area and be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).

Account Management, Innovation & Strategy

  • Manage, allocate and oversee all the Channel Marketing Initiatives within Central America and the Caribbean Countries
  • Act as a project manager for the development and implementation of Marketing Initiatives at the country/channel level
  • Plan and Execute product launches. This include forecast, timeline, allocate resources, plan media and promo launch
  • In conjunction with the sales team, and product marketing departments, develop sales incentives and promotions
  • Manage in-store product exhibitions, including allocation for POP Material, Displays, Collateral and Giveaways

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Manage and measure the effectiveness of in-country promoter's programs, channel initiatives, sell-through programs and sales promotions
  • Assist the Latin America marketing team with competitors' Product and pricing landscape
  • Utilize data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive growth and brand positioning
  • Analyze results and prepare reports with proposals for improvement


Training & Presentations

  • Participate and organize trade shows, training and webinars
  • Plan, design, and perform product training

Requirements

- Candidates must reside in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, FL area
- Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English)

- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 7 years' experience to include:

  • Managing initiatives in the Channel, Trade, and/or Marketing fields for Consumer and Commercial products
  • Experience utilizing social media and e-commerce platforms for marketing activity
  • A working knowledge of sewing, crafting, and embroidery market is preferred
  • Experience in Columbia and Ecuador marketplaces is preferred
