The Manager, Communication & Engagement, will support Planet Vaco communication and engagement efforts, supporting the strategic vision of Vaco Holdings in enhancing lives through a professional adventure.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Communication & Engagement, as a member of the Vaco Holding's People Team, this individual will serve to advocatefor and support Vaco's unique culture through communication and engagement programs, exemplifying the Core Tenets of Vaco with a zealous commitment to creating a best-in-class employee experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams across Vaco to ensure purposeful internal communication, aligned with Vaco's strategic vision and in an authentic Vaco voice
  • Draft, proof and deploy critical internal communication including email drafts, newsletters, policies, guidelines, briefs, training documentation and presentations
  • Ideate, execute on, and manage strategically aligned in-person and virtual events and programs to engage internal audiences and enhance the Vaco experience
  • Utilize data and analytics to report on and consistently improve all engagement and communication efforts
  • Own and manage a calendar of internal and external events, holidays, and key dates
  • Manage all backend and file/folder structure in support of communication and engagement technology, including, but not limited to intranet sites and reward and recognition, gifting, planning, and other key software
  • Collaborate with vendors and other third parties to contribute to the success of programming
  • Support the Events Manager and Training teams in executing on the experience of marquee internal events such as Engage the World and Vatopia
  • Manage company SharePoint site look, feel and content
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Advanced Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience with SharePoint design and content development
  • Other communication and engagement software such as Canva, Cvent, Zoom, etc.

Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a related role
