Bullhorn is looking for a Manager, Customer Marketing to join our fantastic and nurturing team and help us live out our longstanding mission of delivering an incredible customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about capturing and amplifying customer stories to engage, educate, and amplify our brand messages across global customer stakeholder groups. The Manager, Customer Marketing will report to the VP, Global Communications and be focused primarily on rapidly scaling our strategic advocacy program, capturing customer stories across all regions and segments we serve, maintaining the customer blog and software review sites, and helping customers become raving fans. Additionally, they will partner closely with functions across the company to help increase customer adoption of solutions they currently use, help educate customers on other Bullhorn products and solutions that may benefit their business, and propagate a Voice-of-the-Customer approach across all of our communications.

As Manager, Customer Marketing, you will:

  • Engage: Ensure strong and positive Bullhorn presence across social media and public forums and participation in brand and learning opportunities. Promote Bullhorn brand as a tech innovator and the right place to invest in digital transformation.
  • Educate: Encourage customer adoption and engagement of Bullhorn products through education/training resources. Channels include customer blog, YouTube. Note: these activities crossover with community engagement activities.
  • Advocate: Enable and encourage advocates to vocalize on behalf of the brand, specifically in the form of case studies on the Bullhorn site and voice of the customer resources and campaigns.

A typical day might include:
  • Interview customers for case study and story opportunities and turning some key testimonials into Bullhorn "Voice of the Customer" postcards
  • Audit our review sites and engaging with customers to encourage them to share their experiences
  • Survey clients on their understanding of products and what type of content would be useful to them. Use findings to guide strategic direction and distribution of customer/product content
  • As events transition back to a live format, partner with new events hire to increase customer engagement and experience at tradeshows and events

This role may be a fit for you if you have:
  • 5-6 years of Customer Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • The ability to grasp technical and product concepts and translate product features and functionality into digestible customer benefits.
  • A friendly and approachable manner that makes it easy to establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A desire to creatively generate new ideas and solutions for growing our customer marketing strategies.

Bonus points for:
  • Experience in the staffing, recruitment, human capital management, or CRM space.
  • Experience managing small teams.
