Bullhorn is looking for a Manager, Customer Marketing to join our fantastic and nurturing team and help us live out our longstanding mission of delivering an incredible customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about capturing and amplifying customer stories to engage, educate, and amplify our brand messages across global customer stakeholder groups. The Manager, Customer Marketing will report to the VP, Global Communications and be focused primarily on rapidly scaling our strategic advocacy program, capturing customer stories across all regions and segments we serve, maintaining the customer blog and software review sites, and helping customers become raving fans. Additionally, they will partner closely with functions across the company to help increase customer adoption of solutions they currently use, help educate customers on other Bullhorn products and solutions that may benefit their business, and propagate a Voice-of-the-Customer approach across all of our communications.
