We have a great opportunity for a Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the process and platform for data collection, aggregation and storage, as well as the creation, quality assurance and distribution of reporting and analytics for physician practices participating in NCA clinically-integrated networks. In particular, this position will be accountable for developing, coordinating and implementing a premier standard reporting package of physician practice metrics to be monitored on a quarterly and annual basis. The coordination of these reports shall be inclusive of clinical and demographic data and network quality measures to track and understand participating physician group performance. The position will require close partnership with network operations, quality coaches, and compliance teams to ensure appropriate and adequate information is included as well as partnership with leadership, marketing and physicians to ensure that reports are easily understandable by physicians so they can use the information to drive the long-term success of their practices. This position will also include management of data analyst(s) to ensure reports are completed and distributed efficiently and accurately, following the process developed by this Manager. This position will be focused on driving operational service excellence for physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the process and platform for participating physician group reporting for NCA clinically-integrated networks
  • Develop process and platform for data collection from internal and external sources, aggregation and storage according to reporting needs and compliance requirements
  • Develop process for production and distribution of data reports and analytics, including quality assurance
  • Train and manage data analyst(s) collecting data and producing reports on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Develop recommendations for data reporting and analytics improvement
  • Create plans for additional data reporting as needed
  • Partners with NCA operations and quality team to align reporting to meet clinical goals for NCA networks
  • Partners with legal and compliance to ensure and facilitate monitoring of network participation requirements, including participating physician group quality measure performance
  • Coach, mentor, and manage direct report(s) on professional development and work initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years progressive experience required
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient in MS Excel required; intermediate skills and proficient in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function as aw strong member of a highly motivated and integrated management team
  • Demonstrated business acumen; able to asses financial implications of decisions and actions
