This is a Remote First position which can be performed from most locations in the US.

Job Overview

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced, client-facing Project Manager who has successfully led complex software implementation projects.
  • The individual will have a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and will play a highly visible, client facing and consultative role.
  • As the business liaison between the client and technical team, this role provides support throughout the project development life cycle.
  • Experience managing large, complex software engagements in the Property & Casualty insurance domain space across various Lines of Business is a must (Personal and/or Commercial Lines).

All About You

  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience with 5+ years in Project Management and 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance experience across various Lines of Business (Commercial and or Personal Lines).
  • Extensive experience delivering package or Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) solutions in an Agile environment is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource maps.
  • Ability to apply project control activities such as change, risk and issue management to ensure an on time/on budget delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work within an aggressive schedule.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Additional

  • Experience with NetSuite, Jira and experience managing 3rd party vendors and contractors is a plus.
  • Prior Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) implementation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $165,000.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
