Overview

The Infrastructure Products Group is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Corporate FP&A team. The position is a global role that offers a diverse set of responsibilities including reporting the monthly results and driving company initiatives throughout the organization. The Manager will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing and interpreting relevant financial, performance, and comparative data. The ability to prioritize, work independently and proactively is critical for success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely w/ parent company in support of CRH reporting requirements, including preparation of communications for investors
• Develop presentation materials for senior management meetings
• Coordinate in-depth analysis of business units to develop the consolidated explanation on performance variances
• Drive the development and reporting of commercial metrics throughout the organization to help drive profitable growth
• Streamline processes for efficiency and identify cost savings opportunities
• Develop the process, procedures and administration of the various incentive programs for the overall organization
• Ad-hoc financial modeling to support strategic initiatives

Education/Experience

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, construction or related industry
• Advanced analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experienced proficiency with Hyperion, AX, NetSuite, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Strong analytic skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
• Team player with excellent inter-personal and oral/written communication skills
