The HRBP helps achieve strategic business objectives by providing consultative support and delivering programs in all areas of human resources including performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, employee relations, and workforce planning. The HRBP works closely with leaders to understand their division's individual financial position and short and long-range plans, as well as the team culture, to successfully deliver valuable services to management and employees alike.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Engagement, The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works as part of our highly-collaborative corporate HR team to strategically and proactively provide HR support and guidance to our senior leaders in the field, across multiple locations and divisions.
The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach to problem-solving, comfortably exercising a high level of emotional intelligence, business literacy and critical thinking. They will take initiative to seize opportunities for improvement and confidently navigate the grey, exercising sound judgement while providing guidance related to all HR generalist areas.
