Overview

Summary:
The Information Risk Management team is responsible globally for ensuring all key security risks pertaining to business delivery are managed and reported to executive management, the Board of Directors and our Enterprise Risk Management team. The team is business facing (2 nd Line) and engages on a frequent basis with business and technology leaders to identify, analyze and mitigate security risks. The team is also responsible for such areas as information security and privacy, business continuity planning, third-party risk management, the enforcement and monitoring of IT security policies and procedures through continuous monitoring and KRIs/KPIs, and liaising between IT and the internal and external auditors and regulators .

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the development and configuration efforts of the Archer GRC system for Enterprise Risk Management
  2. Perform risk assessments including identifying key risks, assessing mitigation strategies, and preparing gaps analysis using standards such as ISO, COBIT, PCI and ITIL
  3. Suggest improvements in security strategies, procedures and software
  4. Assist IT with the development of security policies, procedures, architecture, training and the selection of appropriate security solutions
  5. Oversee the operations of the organization's systems security solutions through development and execution of continuous monitoring techniques
  6. Assist with the reports to senior management and the Board
  7. Provide support for external and regulatory IT audits
  8. Perform PCI assessments
  9. Assist with third party security questionnaires
  10. Review work of analysts and senior analysts and provide feedback


Qualifications

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in auditing or technology department
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Able to articulate well at meetings with technology and non-technology participants
  • Excellent communications skills both written and oral
  • Well organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be an effective team player
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining subject matter expertise
  • Experience with development and data security
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and organizational abilities
  • Soft skills should include:
  • Hands-on
  • Ability to work well with others and garner cooperation
  • Aptitude for working well under pressure
  • Accepting responsibility for own work
  • Ability to present creative solutions to senior management


Preferred:
  • Professional Certification such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP or CISM
  • Experience with Archer GRC
