What we’re looking for:

As Intuitive’s Employee Communications & Engagement team, we are passionate about creating a workplace where employees are informed, engaged, and inspired to have a positive impact on each other, our company, and the world.

We’re looking for a talented, experienced leader with a passion for employee engagement and communication programs to join our growing team. As the newest member, you’ll help us deliver engaging and effective communications to a talented group of people—our employees! If you have experience managing high-performing teams and delivering strategic and impactful engagement and communications programs—this position is for you.

This position will: 

 

  • Partner with internal communications team members to develop a long-term strategy to deliver high-value engagement series, including events like organizational lunch n’ learns, small group sessions with our leaders, and leadership town halls.
  • Deliver global programs to keep our employees informed, engaged, and aligned with our mission, culture, strategy, and goals while keeping them connected to each other.
  • Develop supporting change management and project plans, communications, messaging, and tools to support program implementation and maintenance.
  • Enable managers to teach and reinforce our culture, strategy, and goals by developing, implementing, and maintaining a people leadercommunications program.
  • Create guidelines and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability of programs—work with regional team members to scale programs and communications to meet the needs of local teams.
  • Drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives successfully across the organization to deliver programs as needed for our global, growing company.
  • Measure success through program metrics.

 

Requirements

In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:

  • Experience delivering and managing internal communications and engagement programs, including working cross-functionally on large, global initiatives and programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player attitude.
  • Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task, and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Degree in English, communications, public relations, or journalism preferred
  • 10-plus years of related work experience with Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications background preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience leading teams.
  • Background in medical device/health care industry preferred.
