We are looking for an Orders to Cash Manager, to join our team remotely!

Our OTC Managers lead a team of analysts and are responsible for all aspects of orders to cash, including order management, accounts receivable, and B2B call center activities.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Manage a team of Orders to Cash Analysts. Teams range between four and eight associates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by examining existing processes and technologies. Work with cross-functional teams on the development of solutions in the areas of order entry, claim resolution, collections, account compliance processes, and B2B call center processes. Identify, analyze, and work with appropriate parties to resolve system or process issues.
  • Develop and lead cash flow improvement and cost reduction projects. Focus on supply chain improvement tactics that drive customer value and favorably impact our cash to cash cycle.
  • Work together with the Business Development Teams (BDT) supply chain and sales functions, Finance, Brand Management, Supply Planning, and our retail partners to resolve issues and to ensure that account service processes are being executed with responsiveness and accuracy, while supporting the overall goals of the company.
  • Lead and audit accounts receivable activities including: cash application, troubleshooting of customer payment deductions, processing and monitoring accounting documents, and supporting related collection activities. Lead order management execution processes, from order creation through the lifecycle of an order. Audit invoices, orders, and account systems for pricing, terms allowances, and materials to ensure accurate processing throughout the program year.
  • Collect and publish program-related materials to support our retail partners while driving common processes and learnings within the team. Compose training materials and direct training sessions for existing and new associates. Participate in and execute special projects in areas such as metric reporting, product and customer questions, audit requests, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

What you'll need to be successful:
  • B.S. in Business Administration required. Majors preferred: Operations, Logistics, Accounting, Finance
  • 5 - 7 years experience in a customer service, financial services, accounts receivable, or supply chain role. Experience interfacing with a retail customer base or in account management. Experience with ERP systems, planning systems, call center systems, or proven ability to work with systems and technologies

Some other nice to have's:
  • Experience managing a team of associates.
  • Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization as well as with customers.
  • Strong PC skills; ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
  • Desired ability to use SAP R/3 and BW.
  • Professional presence; ability to communicate effectively via phone & email.
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
