The Manager, Patient Support and Insurance will define and lead execution on strategies of patient engagement and education. This position plays a key role in helping drive our strategy, analyzing areas of opportunity, and executing on process improvements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Helps develop and execute business strategies; goes deep when necessary and zooms out when appropriate
- Drives patient engagement innovation projects, delivering against complex patient needs and business requirements
- Stays apprised of changes in healthcare policy and understands how those changes inform our patient education approach
- Structures ambiguous problems, thinks creatively, generates and test hypotheses
- Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further business outcomes
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams of revenue cycle, operational, and senior business leadership
- Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
- Oversees and manages Analysts
