Responsive informs a range of decisions – from the design of a product to the size of an order to the speed in which we can get product in stores.
The Responsive Team owns managing the capabilities by creating best in class operational processes and driving sustainability through continuous improvement. Our team works across the Gap Inc. portfolio of brands (Athleta, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory Stores, Gap, Gap Outlet, Old Navy).
We are seeking someone with a passion for retail who thrives in a cross-functional working environment and can define strategic opportunities within Responsive across Gap Inc.’s family of brands.
Work closely with cross-functional partners, providing thought partnership on Responsive opportunities
Drive continuous improvement in capability and processes to ensure functional and operational excellence
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional brand partners, sourcing partners, Advanced Analytics and Product Management teams
Proactively identify and investigate issues and improvement opportunities within our analytical tools, and then drive to implementation of solutions
Partner with product management and business intelligence in evolving and developing new, automated tools and dashboards, providing business insight into use cases, data relevance and data visualization
Own brand engagement through monthly/quarterly check-ins with cross-functional partners
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to execute and succeed against tight and competing deadlines with high attention to detail
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships and influence cross-functionally
Identify key issues and/or opportunities, guide and execute analysis, develop conclusions, and present findings to cross-functional partners
Experience with quantitative analysis and modelling, as well as creative problem solving
Ability to work in ambiguous environments, bring structure, prioritize and drive to results
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
5-7 years of working experience in Consulting or Retail, preferably Inventory Management/Strategy or Production Strategy
Fluency in PPT and Excel; adept at analyzing data
