Intrado is searching for a talented Manager Solution Sales for our Omaha, NE office or 100% remote work environment.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing, developing, and mentoring individual contributors, specifically Solution Sales and Business Development team members. Overseeing the management and execution of the new logo acquisition sales cycle. Focused on inspiring, training, growing, and retaining personnel and enabling top line growth of the Intrado CX business.

Essential Duties:

  • Motivate and support direct reports to exceed assigned quotas, increasing sales productivity and revenue growth
  • Translate high level sales strategy into clear, actionable goals for direct reports; regularly communicate goals to direct reports and track performance against goals
  • Monitor both selling Intrado CX products into targeted new accounts, and where applicable, the cross selling of existing accounts, advising on innovative customer experience new solutions
  • Train direct reports on how to clearly communicate Intrado CX's value proposition and Product differentiators to prospects. Mentor on solution selling to Medium, Large and Enterprise accounts.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • Meet regularly with direct reports to understand current capacity, day-to-day activities, and support needed to improve sales productivity
  • Identify and develop sales strategies and mobilize appropriate resources to increase revenue and accelerate sales cycles
  • Coordinate pursuits and account insights with other team leaders in the sales organization
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned segment and territory and / or market verticals
  • Proactively identify obstacles for direct reports and recognize personnel problems
  • Leverage SalesLoft, Salesforce.com and other tools to both monitor pipeline development and regularly report on sales team performance against goal


Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field

Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years in a new logo acquisition sales role with customer interaction required
  • 2+ years managing a team of sales reps required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with automated Customer Experience solutions - Virtual Assistants, Cloud Contact Center, IVR, Digital Messaging, SMS and related solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate direct reports
  • Experience selling to mid-market, large and enterprise level buyers / accounts
  • Experience with solution selling, uncovering prospect business problems and aligning product-based solutions & outcomes to solve for those problems
  • Financial acumen, ability to produce sales reports, revenue forecasts and business case / return on investment analysis for prospects & clients
  • Experience in sales management and business development with a highly successful track record in sales
  • Track record of driving innovation, account development, and execution of new market and innovative solutions
  • Results oriented individual able to drive priorities and own outcomes
  • Proven ability to build and grow high level customer relationships
