Here's what you can expect as a Manager, Strategy & Special Projects at DaVita:

The Manager will work on high priority growth strategy initiatives for the Kidney Care business at DaVita HealthCare Partners. Specifically, they will be a key member of the DaVita Guest Services team, focusing on the analytics, strategy and operations of DaVita's patient placement team.

This vital role will equip a top-tier candidate with broad expertise and valuable insights into the healthcare provider and payor industries. The individual will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with consulting, banking and industry experience. They are expected to manage individual work streams as well as guide analysts' work streams, and communicate analyses within the team and with senior executives, providing excellent visibility and opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Work collaboratively within team and across organization
* Drive analysis of assigned projects and initiatives, including developing work plans
* Execute structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving
* Build both financial and operational models to drive towards answers
* Work effectively with qualitative and quantitative data to form strategic insights
* Lead analysts on the team
* Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis; identifying next steps; developing implementation plans
* Effectively communicate with all levels of management

Minimum Qualifications:

· 4-6 yrs experience at top tier investment bank / consulting firm / private equity / corporate finance or corporate strategy department

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility as a "peer" across all levels

· Analytical skills: Strong quantitative background; ability to create detailed financial and operational models

· Problem solving skills: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses

· Presentation skills: Comfortable putting together storylines in PowerPoint

· Communication skills: Ability to synthesize and convey research/analyses to senior management

· Management skills: Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously

· High energy and ability to work in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Salary/Wage Range $95,000 - $110,000
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00 to $133,700.00
