* Job Title:* Marketing Director
* Location:* Worcester MA - HYBRID role - 4 days office/ 1 day remote
* Salary:* $150-160K Based on experience with 20% bonus
* Requirements:* MBA with 4+ years of experience creating and enhancing comprehensive marketing strategies

What You Will Be Doing - Develop and implement tactical and strategic marketing strategies to build sales and strengthen the competitive position in the in the marketplace.
- Proactively monitor quality, customer needs/feedback and changing market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing results, budget, and profitability.
- Provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
- Accountable for managing & improving the quality of all connected guest experiences across numerous digital touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing, Category management, IT and with other departments to execute the technical operations of digital and engagement campaigns
- Responsibility for the technical operations all digital and traditional advertising channels
- Oversight and reporting of consumer data tracking on website, insights, and reporting to the rest of the organization.
- Define, measure, and analyze campaign metrics; communicate results and implement actions that enhance effectiveness.
- Own monthly reporting on all things marketing, including advertising, website, and email programs to be reported out a weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Help coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure all program timelines are met and all deliverables are of the highest quality.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree in Business Systems Management, Digital Marketing, or similar required; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a comparable role
- Proficiency in marketing automation experience with HubSpot a plus
- Video, imaging and audio marketing experience
- Must be metrics driven and a strong analytical thinker with the ability to tell a story with data
- Ability to blend big-picture, strategic thinking with a highly tactical mindset
- Skill in developing the operational backbone and managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns within the digital environment
- Excellent project and people management skills
